Roles and skills We recruit many different types of professions, from those with an engineering-technical background to those with more commercial or financial qualifications. We conduct an annual survey in order to closely listen our people. The main results are: 80% Would recommend and it is fully satisfied of Edison as an employee 84% consider having satisfactory services and benefits 85% is proud of working within Edison 75% believe its ideas are fully listened to 70% are satisfied and work/life balance Edison monitors the difficulties that emerge within business life through the use of surveys and the daily dialogue between management and employees. We support the development of action plans targeted/aimed to concretely answer to what emerges from the listening moments of every person, aiming at the continuous improvement within our working environment.
