EOLO ENERGIA BUYS 2.047.697 SHARES OF ALERION CLEAN POWER S.P.A., EQUAL TO 4.699% OF THE SHARE CAPITAL, FOR A VALUE OF 2.46 EURO
Milan, November 18, 2016 – Relating to the public tender offer (the “Offer”) promoted on all ordinary shares of Alerion Clean Power S.p.a. (the “Alerion”), today Eolo Energia S.r.l. informs, pursuant to art. 41, paragraph 2 of Issuers Regulation, to have acquired out of the Offer 2.047.697 Alerion’s shares, equal to 4.699% of the share capital, at the same price of 2.46 euro, pursuant to art. 44, paragraph 8 of Issuers Regulation.
The settlement date is November 22, 2016.
