The Company intends to avail itself of the exemption from the obligation to publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2006 and the second quarter of 2007, since the project of Annual Report for 2006 and the 2007 semiannual report will be published, respectively, within 90 days of the end of the fiscal year and 75 days of the end of the first half of the year. A conference call with analysts and institutional investors will be scheduled for each of the Board meetings.
