Edipower: the new Board of Directors is elected
Roberto Grassi elected Chairman
Subsequent to the conclusion of the Shareholders’ Meeting, the new Board of Directors appointed Paolo Gallo Chief Executive Officer
The Shareholders’ Meeting of Edipower Spa, convened today in Milan, appointed the following 14 Directors: Marco Andreasi, Franco Balsamo, PierGiuseppe Biandrino, Michel Cremieux, Paolo Gallo, Umberto Quadrino, Massimo Quaglini (representing Edison), Renato Ravanelli, Paolo Rossetti, Antonio Bonomo (representing A2A), Antonio Taormina, Renato Sturani, Roberto Grassi (representing Atel) and Francesco Reviglio della Veneria (representing Iride). The Shareholders’ Meeting then elected Roberto Grassi Chairman.
The Shareholders’ Meeting set the term of office of the entire Board of Directors at three years (i.e., until the approval of the financial statements at December 31, 2010).
The Meeting also elected Ugo Rock (presented by Edison) Statutory Auditor and Achille Frattini Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors.
The Board of Directors, meeting subsequently to the conclusion of the Shareholders’ Meeting appointed Paolo Gallo Chief Executive Officer.
