- the date for the Shareholders’ Meeting to approve 2010 Annual report, previously announced to be in the third week of April, was identified to be held on April 26th, 2011
- the date for the Board of Directors to approve First Quarterly Report was identified to be held on May 9th, 2011, instead of April 26th, 2011
