The meeting of Edison’s board of directors is rescheduled

Milan, November 4, 2005 - Edison SpA announces that the meeting of its Board of Directors convened to review the Group’s performance on the third quarter of 2005 will be held on November 11, 2005 (and not on November 8, as originally announced).

Consequently, the conference call with analysts and institutional investors has been postponed to the same date.
