Operating since 2007, the wind farm consists of 6 triblade wind turbines, each with a capacity of 1.67 MW, adding up to a total installed capacity of 10.02 MW. The hub height of the wind turbines is 70 m, rotor diameter 74 m, and the blades are 37 m long.
The wind farm is connected to the electrical substation in Sella di Conza, which performs voltage step-up and power delivery.
The electricity produced by each single wind turbine is collected at MV (20kV) through an underground cable network. An underground duct connects the MV/LV cabins, on down to the Electrical Station in Sella di Conza where the electricity is transformed and delivered to the high-voltage public grid at 150kV.
