The energy of young people, the one lighting up the future. We partner with some high schools to offer students guidance opportunities in the world of energy and make them know the professions of our sector up close.
Alternanza Scuola Lavoro at Edison
Our alternation school-job courses are training programs aimed at all students between the ages of 15 and 18. With alternation projects we offer students the opportunity to learn and acquire new skills by visiting our company offices or by sharing the testimonies of our company tutors.
In 2018 we activated partnerships with twelve institutes, involving almost seventy students. Here are the different projects they participated in.
