Edison: documentation for the Annual Shareholders' assembly now available

Milano, 5 April 2011 – Edison informs that the Financial Review at 31 December 2010,- together with the Report of the Independent Auditors and the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors -, and the Report on Corporate Governance, are available to the public at the Company’s Headquarters, at Borsa Italiana (www.borsaitaliana.it) and on Edison Spa’s website (www.edison.it).

Duty to notify the public in accordance with Consob decision no. 11971 of 05/14/1999 as amended.
