Marco Peruzzi

Marco Peruzzi graduated in Engineering at Politecnico di Milano. He began his carrer in the ENI Group participating in the transformation of the company in view of the listing on the Stock Exchange.
He joined Edison in 2001 and over the years has held positions of responsibility in many of the company’s business areas. He founded the company Edison Trading, which manages the trading of gas, electricity and derivative financial products for the group, and of which he became CEO.
Then, he took over responsibility for the Energy Management Division and the Supply & Logistic Gas area, and in 2009 he became Chairman of Edison-Gazprom Joint Venture.
In 2009, he started activities in the energy efficiency sector, establishing Edison Energy Solutions and restructuring the renewable energy sector.
In 2013, Peruzzi was named CEO of Edison Energie Speciali, a company from which E2i Energie Speciali was later founded, and of which he has been Chairman since 2014.
On 1st October 2019, Peruzzi takes over the responsibility of the Edison Group's Institutional Affairs, Regulation & Climate Change Division, which oversees relations with institutions, energy sector authorities, national and international institutional stakeholders.
On november 25th he was named vice-president of "Elettricità Futura".
