Edison for families
Edison Energia has expanded its portfolio of services by offering its customers EDISONRisolve, a suite of services for the home that helps households to cope with unforeseen domestic problems, everyday chores and health and wellness needs.
Available throughout Italy, apart from certain services that can only be requested in Milan, Rome and Turin, EDISONRisolve is a new point of contact for domestic cleaning, laundry, car and road motorbike cleaning services, as well as repair of PCs, household appliances and systems, and space-saving solutions, also offering an opportunity to access specific advice on home renovation. Health and wellness services have also recently been introduced.
All these services can be accessed quickly and easily by contacting one of the company's Operational Centres, available 24 hours a day, even on holidays, or through the dedicated EDISONRisolve e-commerce site.
EDISONRisolve Services
The Domestic Cleaning and Home Care Service, for example, provides a network of specialised domestic cleaners. The laundry service picks up and drops off clothes to be washed and ironed, or only ironed, from the home, office or other address.
The Household Appliance Service and the Electrician, Plumber and Heating Service respectively provide specialised technicians for the diagnosis and repair of all household appliances and for small or large repairs to plumbing, electrical and gas systems, up to and including complete repair/adaptation of all systems in the home. The PC and tablet support service provides assistance for any problems with these devices, directly from a remote location. The Virtual Closet and Virtual Box Services enable the collection and proper storage of clothing and accessories or other items, to be promptly returned when needed. The Car and Motorcycle Wash Service ensures that cars and motorbikes are always clean, thanks to specialised staff who take care of them, washing them by hand and using 100% environmentally friendly products. While the Renovation Service provides the customer with an architect's inspection and estimate for building renovations. Services for customers' health and well-being have also recently been added to the platform: specialist examinations by remote connection, round-the-clock support of a general practitioner, and the support of a remote personal trainer.
