Edison: special shareholders’ meeting of savings shareholders –nomination for the appointment of the common representative of the category

Milan, March 21, 2024 – Edison informs that Amber Capital Italia SGR S.p.A. and Amber Capital UK LLP have submitted jointly the nomination of Luciano Duccio Castelli as Common Representative of savings shareholders for a term of three years and the proposal for an annual compensation set at 25,000.00 euros, plus legal charges and reimbursement of documented expenses. 

The proposals, the candidate's curriculum vitae and his declaration of acceptance are available to the public at the Company's headquarters, on Edison Spa website (https://www.edison.it/en/special-shareholders-meeting-april-2024) and on the authorized storage system “eMarket Storage” (www.emarketstorage.com).
