Edison certified as Top Employer 2015

Milan, 16 February 2015 – Edison crowned Italy's Top Employer for 2015. The prestigious international  Top Employer certification is awarded to companies which strive to create excellent working conditions for their employees and implement outstanding practices for the endorsement, training, and development of human resources. The analysis carried out by the Top Employer Institutes considers a series of objective data and examines all main HR areas. Only the companies that show a constant, relentless strive to improve their processes are awarded the certification.

The independent Top Employers Institute certifies excellence around the world since 1991. The certification is awarded to companies that meet the requirements of the Top Employers HR Best Practices Survey, carried out by CRF Institute, a scientific and objective analysis of the HR environment, which considers nine areas: employee conditions, company culture,  learning and development,  career opportunities,  onboarding, performance management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, workforce planning.
