In line with international best practice, the Code of Ethics defines the Edison Group's founding principles and ethical values, as well as the rules of conduct and rules for the implementation of these principles, and is an integral part of its Model 231.
The Code of Ethics, which has also been approved by the company’s subsidiaries, is binding for the conduct of all Group collaborators (directors, employees and those who act in the name of the company by virtue of specific mandates or proxies), i.e. all those who, for any reason and regardless of the type of contractual relationship, contribute to the achievement of the company's goals and objectives.
