Barbara Terenghi
Barbara Terenghi has been at Edison since 1997, where she held several managerial positions in the Human Resources Division; in 2007 she took the responsibility of the Development, Training and Compensation department.
From 2016 to 2020, as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, she led the company’s Transformation Team, a cross-divisional program promoting the sustainable energy transition across the corporate culture.
In 2021 she has been appointed Director of Sustainability and, since the same year, she is member of the EOS Foundation’s Board of Directors, established by Edison in 2021 with the aim of creating social value in the territories though social innovation.
In July 2022, she joined the Edison Executive Committee with the responsibility of the Sustainability Division; she also acts as CEO’s Office Director.
In Edison she complements the Scientific Committee of the Digital Academy, the Edison permanent training program on digital innovation.
She began her career in consulting companies specialized in Human Capital & Compensation.
She graduated in Business Administration at Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
Since 2022 she serves on the Board of Directors of the United Nations Global Compact Italian Network.
She belongs to the InTheBoardroom network, made up of over 380 women who have attended the Higher Education program for executives (X class).
